Terms of Sale

We sell physical, 3D printed products — lithophane lamps, caricature figurines, keychains, home décor, idols, miniatures and more. Photos on product pages show finished pieces from our studio; as each item is printed to order, small variations in colour and texture are normal.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Any discount shown on a product page is applied to its listed price. Shipping is extra on all products and depends on your delivery location — see our Shipping Policy.

Choose your product and options on its product page and tap “Order on WhatsApp”. We confirm the product, options, personalisation details, shipping charge and total with you before the order is placed.

We accept payment by UPI and bank transfer. Payment details are shared on WhatsApp once your order total has been confirmed.

For personalised products (names, photos, caricatures, logos), you are responsible for the details and images you send, and for having the right to use them. Where a design preview is offered, printing starts only after you approve it, so please check spelling and details carefully.

Cancellations, returns for damaged or defective items, and refunds are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.

Some products are fan-made tributes inspired by bands, sports teams, vehicles or characters. They are original Craftly 3D designs, are not official merchandise, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands or people they reference.
