Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Products Only
At Craftly 3D, we accept returns **only for defective or damaged products**. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, you are eligible for a replacement or return.
To report a defect or damage, please contact us with a **clear photo or unboxing video** of the item within **48 hours** of delivery. You can reach us via WhatsApp at **+91 91379 28715** or email us at **contact@craftly3d.in**.
2. No Exchanges
We **do not accept exchanges** for any of our products under any circumstances. This includes requests to swap items for different colors, sizes, designs, or products. Please ensure all selections are correct before placing your order.
3. No Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our items are printed to order (with many being fully customized with photos, names, or engravings), we do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind, no longer need the item, or ordered by mistake.
4. Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within **2 hours** of placing it, or before the 3D design and printing process starts.
Once we have prepared the 3D files (CAD rendering) or initiated printing, the order cannot be cancelled, and payments made will not be refunded.
5. Refunds & Processing
For verified defective products where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund. Once approved, refunds are processed and credited back to your original payment method within **5 to 7 working days**.
