Shipping Policy

We ship across India, to all serviceable pin codes. Local delivery can also be arranged around Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. We do not currently ship outside India.

Shipping charges are extra on all products and are not included in the prices shown on our website.

The shipping charge depends on your delivery location and on the size and weight of your parcel. We confirm the exact amount with you on WhatsApp before your order is placed, so you always know the full total before you pay.

Products are printed to order. Most orders are printed, finished and packed within 2–5 working days. Personalised pieces such as caricatures, lithophane lamps and nameplates start once you approve the design preview, and larger pieces can take longer — the lead time is shown on each product page where it differs.

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your city and the courier service. Metro cities are usually faster than remote locations.

Need it urgently? Rush orders may be possible for a ₹500 priority fee plus express courier charges at actual cost. Please confirm your date with us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Every piece is inspected and securely packed to protect it in transit. Premium gift packaging is available on many products at an additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged, send us a clear photo or unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
