Step 1: your memory becomes a design
Every custom gift begins as something intangible — a photo on your phone, a logo, a song, an idea you describe in two WhatsApp messages. The first step is turning that into a printable 3D design. For a lithophane, your photo is converted into a relief map where every brightness level becomes a precise thickness. For a caricature, an artist models a playful sculpture from your picture. For logos and text, clean vector shapes are extruded into solid geometry. This design stage is where the magic quietly happens — get it right, and the print that follows feels inevitable.
Step 2: printed layer by layer, then finished by hand
The approved design goes to the printer, which builds your piece from plant-based PLA in layers finer than a millimetre — walls, textures and details forming slowly over hours. Watching it is oddly hypnotic (our timelapses prove it). But the printer is only half the craft: after printing, every piece is cleaned, supports are removed, surfaces are checked, LEDs and bases are fitted, and anything that does not meet the bar gets reprinted. Made-to-order also means zero warehouse waste — your gift is manufactured because you asked for it, which is a quietly lovely thing.
Step 3: confirmed with you, then shipped anywhere in India
Before anything is printed, we confirm the details with you on WhatsApp — the photo, the spelling, the colour, the size — because a custom gift has to be right the first time. Once approved, printing and finishing typically take a few days depending on the piece, then it is packed carefully and shipped pan-India. From a picture on your phone to a glowing object on someone's shelf in under a week: that is the entire journey. All you need to start is an idea and a WhatsApp message.
